Our Californian figs contain no added sugar, no sodium, and no cholesterol, making them a healthy and tasty choice. With 244 mg of Potassium and 6 grams of protein per serving, dried figs are a nutrient-dense snack option.

Being vegan, kosher, and gluten-free, our dried fruit figs make a great high-fiber snack. They contain more than 20% of the daily value of fiber, with 28% of that being soluble fiber, which supports digestion.

As our figs age, they may undergo a natural process called sugaring, where natural sugars seep through and crystallize on the skin of the fruit. While sugared figs still taste delicious and provide natural sweetness, the sugaring can be removed by lightly rinsing in warm water or cooking in a pan over low heat to create a glaze.

Grown in California, Nutra Fig is a family-owned, women-owned, and minority-owned business with four generations of experience in farming figs (over 100 years). Our figs are grown in the Central Valley and hand-packed in sunny Fresno for maximum freshness and flavor.
