• With no added sugar, sodium, or cholesterol, our Californian dried figs make a delicious and healthy snack. They are nutrient-dense, with 244 mg of potassium and 6 grams of protein per serving.
• These vegan, kosher, and gluten-free dried fruit figs are a high-fiber snack, providing over 20% of the daily value of fiber. 28% of the fiber is soluble, which supports digestion.
• As our figs age, they may undergo a natural process called sugaring, where natural sugars seep through and crystallize on the skin. Despite this, sugared figs are still delicious and offer natural sweetness. To remove the sugaring, lightly rinse in warm water or cook in a pan over low heat to create a glaze.
