Situated in the mountainside of Yamakawa-cho, Miyama City, in the lush natural surroundings of southern Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan, this mandarin oranges field is a labor of love. The producer personally plows the mountain and is committed to every step of the mandarin oranges production process, from efficient cultivation to using speed sprayers to minimize pesticide use, and harvesting.

The juices we offer are pure mandarin oranges squeezed without any additives, providing a taste that mirrors the fruit itself.

Product Descriptions

Our goal is to share the joy of our freshly grown mandarin oranges with as many people as possible.

Recipe for mandarin orange juice jelly:

1. Heat Onshu mandarin juice and water in a saucepan until almost boiling. Add refined sugar, stir to dissolve, and remove from heat.
2. Cool the mixture to 45-50°C, add gelatin, and mix until dissolved. Gently fold in unsweetened soda water, pour into a bowl, and refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
3. Top with mint and whipped cream, if desired.

Mandarin orange juice steamed bread recipe:

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Mix well.
3. Divide the mixture into cups and steam in a steamer for about 10 minutes. (Key Points: Adding salad oil makes the bread fluffy and delicious even when cold.)
